Minu Aslani, head of the Iranian regime’s Women’s Society Basij made strong remarks against a propaganda plan by the Rouhani-Rafsanjani faction to increase the number of women MPs in the regime’s parliament.
“Gender apportionment is against the constitution and is not worthy of a religious democracy. The women’s faction should rethink their proposal and place the country’s interest first,” she said while threatening more women crackdown under the pretext of democracy.
