As Air France readies to start flying to Iran again, its stewardesses are rebelling against a measure that will force them to wear headscarves when disembarking in Tehran.
Air France stopped its flights to Iran in 2008.
French stewardesses have denounced the wearing of the headscarf made compulsory on flights to Iran.
Air France has required all female flight attendants to wear a long jacket, trousers and the scarf as part of their uniform on flights to Iran otherwise they would face punishment. They must also refrain from smoking in public while on the streets.
