NCRI WOMEN'S COMMITTEE

Works extensively with Iranian women outside the country and maintains a permanent contact with women inside Iran. The Women’s Committee is actively involved with many women's rights organizations and NGO's and the Iranian diaspora. The committee is a major source of much of the information received from inside Iran with regards to women. Attending UN Human Rights Commission meetings and other international or regional conferences on women’s issues, and engaging in a relentless battle against the Iranian regime's misogyny are part of the activities of members and associates of the committee.

The International Association of Women Judges (IAWJ) held a conference from May 2 to 6, 2018, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where women judges from 80 countries participated and exchanged views on issues of concern to women judges and jurists in different countries.

Let me congratulate everyone on International Women’s Day.

 Congratulations to you, all the women of the world, and the freedom loving women of Iran. Congratulations for steadfastly adhering to the cause of equality. Congratulations to the women of the world because their sisters in Iran led the protests this year against the mullahs’ fundamentalist and misogynist regime.

In a message on December 30, 2017, Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, sent a message to Iranian women and men, admiring their courage. She reiterated that there is a price for freedom that every nation must pay.

In a roundtable discussion on the occasion of the International Women's Day 2017, entitled, "Women in Leadership, the Experience of the Iranian Resistance", the Iranian Resistance's President-elect Maryam Rajavi shared the experience of the women of the Iranian Resistance with participants.
