Works extensively with Iranian women outside the country and maintains a permanent contact with women inside Iran. The Women’s Committee is actively involved with many women's rights organizations and NGO's and the Iranian diaspora. The committee is a major source of much of the information received from inside Iran with regards to women. Attending UN Human Rights Commission meetings and other international or regional conferences on women’s issues, and engaging in a relentless battle against the Iranian regime's misogyny are part of the activities of members and associates of the committee.

Dear Mrs. Rajavi, Prisoners of Camp Liberty,

Today we are stepping up our commitment in Berlin against injustices in Camp Liberty, the Middle East and particularly Iran. These measures are very necessary and urgent.

Whoever remains silent over this situation and against injustice, is accountable. We have been called to not only fight for women's rights,
but the rights of human beings around the world who face the most dangerous threats.

This is a historic situation telling us that it is not acceptable to wait and that there is no time for appeasement we should be ready for new missions. Mrs. Rajavi has particularly encouraged us not to give in because if we did, it would be a disaster... I am sure once you read (her) book (Women against Fundamentalism), you will feel new strength. You will no longer say I cannot do anything. Human beings are not powerless. They are able to create a better world...
