The father of Soheila Jorkesh, a victim of last October’s series of acid attacks, reported his daughter is to be sent to Spain to receive special medical care for her eye.
“Unfortunately, right now we are involved in the administrative bureaucratic disputes between various ministries and relevant organizations. The Ministry of Health has said the presidential office should pay for all the expenses,” he said.
