The teacher who had sexually abused her 9-year-old pupil was exonerated by court. The 30-year-old man is a married with two children.
“The forensics saw scars, bruises, etc. on the girl’s body indicating that she had been assaulted. This was also written in the medical report,” one of Neda’s relatives said. “However, the court subsequently sent us a letter saying that special investigations showed that it was only molestation, not rape. And for this reason, they exonerated the teacher and stopped the warrant for his prosecution.”
The relative continued, “The court did not listen to us. Our financial situation is not good while the teacher is wealthy. One of his brothers owns a bank and the other is with the IRGC. They even sent someone who told us they would give us 60 million toumans and a car and that they would give us life-time support. If the teacher had not assaulted the girl, why would they make such proposals to us?”
