Ahmad Khosravi Wafa, head of the Justice Department of the central Iranian province of Isfahan, made the announcement:
“Decisions were made in the meetings of Isfahan’s Judiciary based on which the owners of the cars whose passengers drop their veils, will be dealt with. Their cars would be impounded and their case would be filed with the judiciary.”
