“Our society is moving in a direction where all of our daughters are looking to find a job and this is dangerous for our society.”

The remark was made by mullah Sobhani, one of the religious authorities in Qum. He added, “In some institutions, we have more females than males. The Cabinet must do something about this! Of course, women’s presence is necessary but most of the jobs should go to men!”
