Mohammad Reza Naghdi, Commander of the IRGC’s paramilitary Bassij Force underlined the need to fundamentally institutionalize social repression.
In his comments made on October 16, 2016, he stressed, “Promoting virtue and prohibiting vice have not been institutionalized among us… For everyone who has a problem with the veil, the work must start from her family.
