In a daring measure, Ms. Houri Farajzadeh participated in an election campaign where she held up a placard demanding freedom of political prisoners and prisoners of conscience.
Her brother, Shahram Farajzadeh, was ran over and murdered by the SSF vehicle in a protest on December 27, 2009.
Her placard read: “We demand real action: Free all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience.”
