A 17-year-old girl by the name of Sahar Ayyubvand ended her life by setting herself on fire on Saturday, May 27, 2017, in Marivan.
The reason for her suicide has been said to be family restrictions.
Marivan is located in the western Iranian province of Kurdistan.
