Momeni Habib-Abadi, a professor at the Qom religious seminary emphasized on the necessity to educate small girls on the Islamic dress code known as hijab.
“Hot weather should not be a reason for children to not use the hijab. Not to be used to wear a headscarf from the early year of childhood will cause improper veiling to become as something natural or even positive,” he said. (State-run Rasa news website – June 7, 2015)
